I'm a Malaysian registered nurse, however I didn't practise nursing for 4 years after my studies with some valid reasons. My license has expired now . Can I renew it to continue my career In nursing ?

Also, it is probably better to ask the nursing certification authority, rather than strangers on an Internet forum (most of whom have no idea about nursing).
