Looking to Expatriate with a Sudanese passport

Hello everyone,

I'm a Sudanese national who was born and raised in the UAE, and I've lived in several countries.
Currently I'm in Sudan and looking to become an expat, by finding work abroad, specifically in Europe.

Are there any known reservations by International companies in these countries towards someone with a Sudanese passport? Would it be easier to consider getting post graduate education first, rather than a job? Better yet, should I consider other countries rather than European?

I work in the marketing and creatives field, if that's any help.
