A quick search doesn't show any printing companies in Q2 and Q7, but there are many in other locations.  From Google's first page :

Business cards is called "card visit" in VN, a bastardized form of cartes de visite.

Forgot to mention that even though "card visit" is the commonly used term, they're called "danh thiếp" (name card) in Vietnamese.
