My spouse have been offered to do PHD and work full time sometime next year.
We have plans to move as a family - 3 kids under 5 years

Keen to know:

- as a mother, things to do
- dependents allowed to work?
- life style
- area to stay suitable for family which are reasonable priced
- what to look out for in a house
- questions to ask when house hunting
- house / apartment
- normal price range for accommodation per week / month
- mode of commuting. Could we rely on public transport?
- transport cost per week
- other expenses to look out for per week / month
- any other important details that need to be taken into consideration

Priority to:
- children should be comfortable and not get culture shock
- organise day to day things - will be handled by myself
