Moving to madagascar

hello,
hope somebody will be able to give me some answers to my questions
Well, I live and work in london for the french consulate( as a local)but would like to move to madagascar, as we think that its more quiet and less stress than europe.
I have 2 children ,one  13 yrs and another one of 6 who attend the french school but are completely bilingual, so am I too.
what i xant to know is (1)is it hard to find a job
(2)is the cost of living high
(3)how is the health system
(4) is renting affordable
(5)what formalities do we french need to settle down there
