well folks ...maybe it's time to dig out my old sheepskin lined coat and head for Norway..Brrrrrrr but even my home in England las APRIL was too cold for me after living here about 27 years..MY blood is not acclimatized...so I may turn into an icicle in Norway..so I will think twice Here is the link that bumps down CR...

All these lists are highly suspect anyway.
The last one I saw said Mexico was the best place to live.
Are you effin kidding me? I have family there and even they are afraid of being kidnapped, raped or murdered and yes we know of a few people who were, even in a place that was never a dangerous area before.
Personally I think you'd have to be nuts to be a gringo moving to mexico at this point in time.
Agreed: for me Norway and all those Scandinavian countries may be great places to live... IF you don't mind cold and snow. I moved away from cold and snow when I was old enough to, and then moved here to Costa Rica many years later... Snow and ice: NO THANK YOU!
