I have a question please and would be very thankful if you could please help me.
I would like to change my job in china, to do so, I need to cancel my current contract.
I am wondering what would happen to my z visa?
Will my current agent, through them i got the z viza, cancel the visa and i must leave the country? Or i still can stay in the country?

Your employer must cancel the visa not the agent , you have 30 days after to sort out the new one without leaving the country

Hi Darius, you have to submit your resignation letter (from current employer) as well.
