Hello.
Can I ask, if the expat's working permit already expired then Im applying it to another sponsor, still need to cancel from previous sponsor or no?
Because the system responds was the expat is under offence but I check there's no offence anymore, maybe need to cancel first before to apply? but his visa is already expired from his previous sponsor

Hi,
Yes visa has to be cancelled (if visa is cancelled you have 30days to exit the country) or you need to apply for mobility
