Hi to all!!
Just want to ask for any advice regarding this matter,, our hospital did not pay our overtime for 2 months and they still want us to make overtime even we dont want to to it anymore...they just telling us that it will be paid...but they did not give us any assurance...
What should we do?? Can i just file my resignation and ask to change of sponsor/change of work place??

As per the current situation in Saudi Arabia usual pay is not given for months to people and everyone is confused whom to ask and what can be done. So for overtime issue it's complicated, just keep pushing them and hope all ur colleagues will also stand with u for that.
