The last post on this very question was only a few weeks ago
and the general consensus was a (very) loud "NO", you do not.
Check the visa fine print and you might see why.
I'll try to locate the previous thread and post it on here for you
but rest assured you'll have no difficulty.

In my case, I have a Danish passport.
I didn't have a return ticket. And they couldn't care less.
I entered Vietnam in Hanoi.
