I am moving to Cambodia very soon and have been looking into this and I have come to the conclusion, unless it's a car of great value or sentimental value, you can pick up a decent run a round for a good price. Driving licence is a mixed bag you differing opinions. Plus if you were looking to import a car with no dints it wouldn't be long before it was full of them, this is not a criticism of the Cambodia people, I lived in Spain for many years and the same they just don't put so much emformis on pieces of tin on wheels.
