Hello there, I was doing research on NZ and found your details on line and wondered if you would be able to help me with some guidance. I am Greek living in Greece but really really really want to move to NZ, i am a plumber and my job is on the skills shortage list but i am 35 points off applying for my visa unless I'm able to find employment before i apply for my visa. Do you know of any plumbing/construction companies that employ overseas or where i can find a good recruitment agency that employ overseas workers? The economy is so bad here now so any information you can give which will help me leave faster will be greatly appreciated.

Unless you have the correct number of points then no agency of company will employ you.

Im not sure u understood what I meant. If I am employed then I will be over the points I need but without employment im 30 points down on the skilled shortage visa but Im wondering if going for a different visa and then finding work when im in NZ which might be easier?
