Hi I hope someone can help you there is a lot of good information about how to obtain a visa . For sure get in contact with the embassy closer to you is the best bet. Also what city are you planing to move? If you do not have a job, is a good idea start with a low cost living city. For what I hear Madrid, Barcelona,and few others are high cost of living. If you want go on line is a lot of information,about rent, banking,and health insurance that you will need to be able to be there. I hope this help.
