To find a affordable place in Monrovia Liberia is a really big challange. It's all about the location you want to rent.
Most desired places to live in Monrovia Liberia are "SINKOR" AND UN DRIVE" but these places are expensive, and the reason most of the expats likes these places because these are center of the city.
The average rent of one apartment (one b.room o two) is between 250 to 350 us $ per month (all depends on location).
if you ask me, i am living in "BREWERVILLE" (the cool and quiet place of Monrovia city). The land prices are affordable even the apartments are affordable.
If we talk about Gov. Estate there are apartments for sale ( 2-3 bedrooms) from 13000 to 18000 us $.
