English employers

Hello I'm Melvin a Liberian living in Italy and studying at the university of bolongna in business and economics.i have lot of experience from my country in the hospitality industry with training and certificates but finding it difficult to even get a janitor job for four months since I came here because of the Italian language which im learning but not good yet. can anybody help me get a job in English even as a volunteer I'm willing or a Italian company that will accept me as  I improve  the language
