Old car with all paper expired. How to clear my name?

One way could be to renew and sell / transfer.

Another way is to take this to the junkyard and sell to the dealers there, who will buy it for scrap value and clear the plate and registration from under you name in the system.

In the same situation cant renew have to sell it.

Go to and sell it at "tashleeh" they take the cats even if their papers are expired

just be aware  they will try to rip you off as much as they can if your car still working just go for renewal then  sell it and  on both cases you have to pay for all traffic violations
