Scholarship in Sulaimani- is 1000€ per month enough?

Hi everyone,
Im a portuguese masters student and i was offered a scholarship to do my research project in sulaimani.
Its a great opportunity however Im only concerned about the grant 1000€ will be enough per month. I will be staying in Uni Campus. So the money is basically for food and extras.
