Hi I found the above company on this website and contacted them about sending OMR to the UK as GBP. It seems difficult to get a straight answer from them about their charges. Typical answer is "Oh, we have no charges, it's included in the exchange rate and depends on the market."
This seems very odd to me. Surely, they can tell me what the margin is on a (say) OMR 2500 trade of OMR to GBP? When pressed they then tell me they will call me to explain, but I prefer it in writing on an email at least.
Does anyone use them here and how is your experience?

I don't know this company, but others I've seen don't add fees, just offer a really bad exchange rate.
