Hello. After 7 years in Budapest, 8 in the Gulf (Qatar, Oman, U.A.E.), and 2 in the Seychelles, I'll be moving to Erbil to teach at UK-H in January. To the best of my knowledge, you need to have your cat fully vaccinated before you arrive, and bring proof thereof with you to the airport. Your cat needs to be microchipped and have its own passport.
