I'm looking to get a dress made in Sofia. I'm after recommendations for someone who can sew but who also speaks at least basic English so I can be clear about what I want. Any one got any tips?

and now seriously, if you're looking for some designer clothes, then check boutiques, selling тthe type of clothes you like and ask there, s.o. will speak English too
