I am from India, i was married as per our traditions.
But my marriage is Not A Registered Marriage. and we are living separately from many years.
please guide me - Can i marry a Cuban woman, in Cuba on a visitor visa ?
what should i have to do ? what are the Procedures ?

These are the steps for any foreigner to marry a Cuban national.
1) Copy of divorce certificate (if previously married)
2) Legal statutory declaration of single status (legally swearing you are not married since divorce certificate date)
3) Legally translated into Spanish
4) Submitted to the Cuban embassy in your country with notarized copies of the original.
5) They will then legalize all documents for the Cuban government.
6) Present all legalized papers to lawyer or whomever is providing the legal wedding ceremony.
7) After wedding they submit all papers to be registered with the Cuban government.

I already gave you all the steps you need to go through to marry a Cuban citizen.
If you don't want to read that, then contact the Cuban embassy closest to you and they will tell you.
It's that easy to get the info.
