Hello. I'm already accepted on wintec to a level 8 postgraduate program. I have been advised by an agent, but I don't know if she is advising me well.
She said me that I need to apply for a student visa online, and then when it is approved, my husband and kids would apply for a work visa. I'm afraid that the time is short, because the program starts on february.
The other way is send the application as a family, but she said that in this way all get student visas.
Anyone knows what to do?

From very small experience, ive been adviced to apply alone first not with ur family for low rejection possibility, if approved it will be what you wrote in the application weather working or student.
