What is the job market of .Net and Sharepoint Software Engineer

Guess your best option would be to contact a recruitment agency.  When we arrived here we understood there was a huge IT market, the vacancies were plenty, what we did not realize was that there was a huge double up, where a company would approach several agencies for the same job.  Each ad was written slightly differently, so it was not obvious from where we living at the time.   Its not an easy market to get into, many want NZ experience the only way to get this is take what you can, when you can, and then when you understand the market apply for what you really want.  The job market is taking its time to come right, there are still good jobs as much of our unemployment is semi-skilled work.  Most good employers kept their skill base in tact.
