Yeah, heaps of road improvement projects on narrow roads cut into the mountainside or twisting along on razorback ridges....Nobody who knows whats goin on there wants to drive it right now so the airlines got the Medellin-Pereira flights jacked way up......once you get to the eje cafetero its all good again......
