Hi,
I am a PhD student.
About ten months ago I applied for visa extension and the migration board kept on telling me that I am placed in a queue.
Recently I was contacting the case officer more asking for an explanation and he told me that they can not tell me why but they didn't make the decision yet, so is there anyway to speed up the process or at least know what the problem with my application

email them and call them 3 times in one week. until they get sour to you hahahaha..push them hard
