Iam travelling for a few months in Malaysia/thailand and will reach there in May end this year..
Does anyone know of a good shop in Penang to buy rubber boots/raincoats for the monsoon season.My foot size is about 4-5 and Iam a girl.

Its not the rainy monsoon season when you arrive and no-one uses that kind of footwear because any rain is usually short term and light-medium. The rainy monsoon in Penang is in late August / September.
