There are just too many coffee shop and cafe in HCM city. From street or road side cafe to really outstanding designer cafe. Not to mention the international one like Coffee and Tea in Dong Koi. If I will to find a place to have relaxing and comfortable coffee it will be around Turtle park. So many cafe there and can easily choose one.

Where are you living? Trung Nguyen and Highland Coffee is good for your request. If you can share your current District may be i can suggest more option for you.

Thank you very much ! I live in Nguyen Cuu Van St, Binh Thanh Dist. My place is near the center so I'm thinking about a modern coffee shop like WorkSaigon in Bitexco ?

Cafe Saigon Pho in D3 near Ky Dong road is very impressive. The decoration, ambient, interior and exterior makes this place very comfortable. Try it if you around the area.
