Same to you Julien...You're the man!!! If it weren't for this site I may had gotten caught up in a trap of buying property and fell victim to other scams in the so-called paradise of the Philippines...Fortunately I didn't and will be taking my family back to civilization where life is more predictable...

Glad you are getting out with minimal damage.
The Philippines appeals to me because I have a dual citizen wife and no children and the family home we inherited.
I can't see foreigners raising a family here or even if no children if one of the spouses is not a Filipino citizen.
