Hi,

What are the requirements to buy a used car? I won't get my CPR until December. Can I own a car before then?

No, you have to have a CPR for things like buying a car. All of your information here is stored with that number - address, job, visa, etc etc. So without it there isn't much you can do.

When you do buy it is very easy. You can go with the person who is selling, or I just gave the seller color scans of my CPR and american license. A few BD and 15 minutes later and it was all transferred into my name. The seller has to be there, however.
