Hard Rock Cafe for sure !
McGettigans, Irish Village and Rock Bottom have rock playing most of the times.

Try Barasti in Marina for a variety of music but an amazing atmosphere and crowd.

Stick to bars/pubs in Marina, JLT and Al Barsha and Jumeirah for a good crowd.
