Hi ,
I was working in Singapore since May 2013 to May 2014 on EP with pay as 4000 SGD , designation as Java Developer ,and exp of 3.4 years .My contract expired with my current company and I got job offer from another company .They were paying me 4800 SGD and I have relative exp of 4.4 years.MOM has rejected my EP application .What can I do next.I dont want to lose this job opportunity.I really worked hard for this opportunity.Please suggest.

There are many possible reasons for rejection, which have different paths forward.
The best is for your company to talk to MoM about why you were rejected. A personal meeting is often difficult to arrange, but an experienced HR person will be able to do that.
Just appealing for its own sake, i.e. without including additional information that MoM does not yet have, is a waste of time and will sure get rejected again.
