Jane's Appeal needs you help: Charity Bike Ride Istanbul to Leeds!

Please Support Jane's Appeal: Istanbul to Leeds Bike Ride

On July 25th, Mike and Rebecca and Steven Tomlinson, will set off on the Jane Tomlinson Appeal's latest challenge.

Together with a team of fellow cyclists they will set off on a 2,500 mile charity bike ride from Istanbul to Leeds and they need your help.

The Tomlinson family will be joined by both family and friends who will also take on the challenge of travelling through 12 countries over 5 weeks.

As they travel across Europe you will be able to watch their progress online at istanbultoleeds.co.uk/ through daily blogs and the latest pictures. We would therefore really appreciate your support along the route. Please visit the website to see where the group will be and come along and show your support as we pass through your area.

We are also currently looking for accommodation along the route both camping and B&B facilities but please be aware that there will be the need for space for bicycles and 3 support vehicles. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

The route will follow the stages outlined below and if you are able to help in any way please contact us on [email protected]

Please confirm the place you are travelling to before Burgas - is it Veliko Tarnovo? If so, I might have some options for you. Please confirm numbers, vehicles, etc. and what your requirements will be. thanks. Denise

Hi Denise,
thanks very much for your reply. Unfortunately the stop before Burgas is Malko Tarnavo, close to the southern border of Bulgaria. I think this is quite a way from Veliko Tarnavo?
    Thanks, Steve
