Contract Status

Salam... I have a question for anyone here who works in HR department. Can you tell me what does a contract status of "International Type B (S)" means? Your reply will be highly appreciated, JazakaAllah khair!

Hi,

Your type could probably mean your level of position. Type A could be those who are in the top management position; Type B could be those with managerial position and type C those that are in supervisory post. and The letter (S) means your contract is Single. That means, if you have your family here, they are not covered by the company, like in insurance, etc.

Thanks.  :D

Thanks jarusforthright. Im just curious what privileges are involve with such status.

In a way, the personnel would be easily identified if they were classified. For example, your insurance coverage, so this would help if how much the company will shoulder if your hospitalized...hope not.. :)
