Hi,

Hope you are fine. I want to know one thing if u don't mind . Actually me and my life living here in UK and we get married here almost 6 months ago here in uk my wife is german national and I want to know is it possible she can go back german and apply a visa for me and which documents they need? I m just asking because here in uk home office refuse my visa because they think our marriage are fake but it's not I am also thinking to appeal but I want to know about requirements if my wife go back Germany and apply a visa.

Usually Germany requires that individuals apply for their own visas apart from children. So in this case you will have to apply for the visa in the German embassy in the UK. Depending on the UK visa you have, it might be possible to move to Germany with it, but that will largely depend on your nationality and such like factors.
