I will be visiting UAE from Dec 20-Dec 28 can any body suggest not very expensive accommodation available in Abu dhabi and Dubai during that period ?

Maybe you can do a google search to be able to find accommodation websites available in Abu Dhabi. 
I also suggest you to create a detailed ad and to give information concerning your budget and the kind of accommodation that you are searching for in the Housing in Abu Dhabi section.
