Venice 3 days - what to do?

Hi everyone!

I will be in Venice 23th october - 26th october (wednesday to saturday) and I need some advice. I hope you guys can help me here.

I guess the weather will be quite cold, so probably, it wont be any beach for us... So it seems like we have to change our beach trip to some adventure trip instead.

My question is, since the weather will be cold, what can we tourist do? Can we go hiking somewhere? Climbs up on the mountain? Or am I on the wrong city to do all that?

Any good restaurant you can recomend? We asian people LOVE seafood.

I also need to book hotel, but since we dont know what to do IF the weather will be cold, we dont know where to live in Venice. What area can you guys recomend us to live at?

I hate to look for hotels, its like to look for a needle in a haystack

Hi.
If you are in Venice, you do not need exact plan what to do. Just enjoy the town, it is amazing!
What hotel to choose? It depends, how much you can spend. Hotels exactly in Venice are always expensive. You can look Mestre, it is near, but prices will be much different.
