Salam Sis, I'm not sure where exactly are you in KSA, but usually cheaper abaya can be found in an international market a very tight market. Like Batha in Riyad, Balad in Jeddah or Souk as what they call it arabic.....goodluck !!!

You can also buy cheap abayas at some of the hypermarkets. I bought my first one at Euromarche.
