Hi everyone!

I'm mooving to Oslo in October for an internship, but as every good intern, I don't have a very good pay... I'm wondering if there's any possibility of applying for any kind of aid or financial support from the government.

Has anyone had any experience in this subject, or can you provide info on it?

have you asked your school/university? I did an internship in London years ago and got an international internship stipend from my university. You could also check with your local Norwegian embassy if there are any intercultural programs.

The institution I'm stuyinig with, which isn't a university, just provides small courses and masters, but no financial support I'm afraid.
The embassy, on the other hand said they don't provide that kind of info and they didn't tell me where to ask either ¬¬

Thanks for the ideas but we're gonna have to discard them! anything else guys?

There is little or no support from the government or the communes in your situation. Unfortunately, it would be more efficient to turn to your home country or international bodies such as the EU to seek support.
