It could be difficult as it is difficult for foreigners to find qualified work in Norway, especially if they do not speak Norwegian.
Do remember that Norway is not in the EU

Type in "Mechanic" to see if there are any English-speaking auto mechanic jobs available.
It would have been good if you knew of any Pakistani-owned auto mechanic shop where you could apply for work, but if that is not the case then I don't what how you can find a job in Norway.
