my profession is an 'Organic Gardener' and i am looking for work, no i am not an English teacher but i am english and would be willing to teach ? do i need a degree to teach?

Of course you can advertise for a job before you arrive. Chances of you landing one, on the other hand are pretty slim depending on what you want to do.
If you're looking for teaching work, then you theoretically need a degree + a teaching cert. (CELTA, TEFL etc.) but should be able to find work without a degree.

In all honesty without a degree + cert + experience I wouldn't bother applying for anything until you get here. Once you're here it's a case of knocking on doors so they can see you and talk to you.

You should be able to find something relatively quickly depending on when you arrive.
