Hello ! I am just arrived in Nagoya one month ago. I don't know anything about filipino stores in nagoya ! Concerning accomodations, you could first go to couchsurfing.com, to find somewhere you could stay for free during a few days or week, before finding your own accomodation. It may be easier I think.
