Hi,
My wife and I moved to San Ignacio two and a half years ago.
Prior to deciding on the Cayo District we traveled the country.
After dodging hurricanes in Florida for 20 years we ruled out the coast and islands. San Ignacio has the best mix of international culture. The rivers, mountains and scenery are beautiful and the people are welcoming and friendly. We do not regret our choice of locations in Belize. Good Luck with your new adventure.
