Good salary - 1500-3000$ for good programmers with good english.
Perhaps some of them are not necessarily knowledge of Russian.

In Ukrainian companies 500-1500$.

But in Kharkiv too much    Web developers.

If there is too much developers in Kharkiv then its mean there is hard to find job of Web designer ?
