Hi,
I moved down from Durban quite awhile ago but it still isn't easy for me to meet new people here and I hear the same thing from everyone else that moves here.
So I started a little business that does some social gatherings to help people get to meet each other. It's still in the early stages, but it's been a great way to meet new people so far.
