Is having good english accent good enought to have a job

i am a student but

Well what matters is knowledge that you have. And to prove it to an employer you need a certificate/degree.

At the same time the attitude and drive matters alot. While I would recommend you get a good certificate/degree related to the field you are interested in (ASAP), I would not be pushing it if I say you can show your eagerness and enthusiasm at an interview and the willingness to adapt, learn all with a positive attitude (given its your dream job). Having the communication barrier out of the way topped with fluency does come in handy in some business areas (like marketing/sales if that's what you're into).

Hope it helps and good luck.

Sorry about your brother.
Agent47 has rightly mentioned you need a degree for job. Knowing and speaking good english alone is not sufficient.
