Dear All

i need some advice regarding Khalifa City , so A,B or C and what is the best location for small family with young kids .

any info or tip is highly appreciated

We live in KCA..

Handy for our daughter's school and Mrs Sandy's place of work at BISAD (15 mins)

There's a central marketplace with all manner of shops....at Etihad plaza there is a branch of Abela (with a pork counter) and a High Spirits booze shop.

Yas Island with loads of hotel bars is 10-15 mins drive.

KC-B.....is sand and more sand. It hasn't been developed yet.

KC-C....is like KCA but with very few facilities.

so i will stick to KCA then ; any tips regarding the units ; i getting different prices for - what look like - the same unit ; not sure of the details you know how those agents like .
