Hello friends,
We are looking for renting a house (like 4m x 10m or more), with 2 floors, prefer a small free space at the entrance and a patio upstairs, for our business. And located in district 1, 3, Phu Nhuan, not too far from center, not in a small alley either.. And of course the owner must have all legal documents of the house. If it has space for parking motos would be great! And our budget is around 14.000.000/month for the rent, we are not rich . So if anyone has information, please let me know, thanks a lot. Pop on over to Craigs List VietNam and read it daily so you can get a feel for the market

As for the supporting documents you won't be able to register your occupation without them (Pink Book). Don't fall for the Management Fee trick - pay the utilities yourself - in lieu.
