I am keen to move to the Netherlands, however my situation is quite complicated...
I currently live in a social housing apartment in Central London. my rent is paid by the local authority because I am unable to work due to long term health problems. My main initial questions are these: Is there any scheme or system in place in the Netherlands whereby I could swap my accommodation with someone in a similar position who wanted to move to London? What is the situation in the Netherlands regarding welfare benefits for someone like me who is unable to work due to ill health?
Thank you in advance for any advice or guidance you may be able to give.

I think that would be quite hard. Unless you have a illnesspayment or pension that can be exported I dont know what youre options are. Good Luck
