I was wondering if anyone in this forum has ever embarked on the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela? If you have, i would love to hear about your journey. I leaving Girona via train on May 20th to Pamplona to connect to the Camino Frances and from there i will walk the camino to Santiago. I will be doing this by myself and there is great apprehension as well as a great impulse moving me toward this endeavour. Wish me luck!

Wow, this sounds like an amazing trip. I've never walked the camino, but am always curious about it and have read quite a bit of literature on the subject. Such a fascinating history and tradition. Have a wonderful experience!
