Hi folks
I sent my email request to immigration for an appointment for our visas as instructed on the immigration website 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
My husband has an Irish passport and I have a UK passport. Is this normal not to have a reply at all.

I got my reply within 5 days for a biometric card exchange appointment set for mid June
Still waiting for my 1st biometric card after 14 months now and in 2nd year now. Paid twice now with photo and finger prints but no card lol
Into 3rd year here got bio metric card last year with only 2 months left to run on it. Seen my agent other day and asked her about cards she basically said that they weren't issuing them !
Sounds like they are taking the money and not producing anything.... Which in turn creates problems with not having the actual card

You still need to go to immigration (in NIcosia, I think), but I suggest that you don't need visas. In your particular case, I recommend that your husband does the step of EU Citizen Registration (as he has an Irish passport). Once he's done that, you can apply for Family Reunification as the spouse of a Cyprus resident.
